4.1 For project-based services, projects commence once 50% of the project price is paid. This provision does not apply to recurring monthly or yearly fees.

5.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policies:
9.1 Project Cancellation by Client:
9.1.1 Before Project Commencement: If a client wishes to cancel a project before it has commenced, they must notify AWN Solutions in writing. Depending on the stage of preparation and resources allocated, a partial refund may be provided at AWN’s discretion. Any applicable fees or costs incurred by AWN in preparation for the project may be deducted from the refund amount.
9.1.2 After Project Commencement: Once a project has commenced, the client may still request cancellation; however, any fees already paid are non-refundable. AWN will assess the work completed up to the cancellation request and may provide a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed.
9.2 Project Cancellation by AWN Solutions:
9.2.1 If AWN Solutions is unable to proceed with a project for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations, the client will be notified promptly. In such cases, a full refund of any fees paid for the project will be issued to the client.
9.3 Recurring Monthly or Yearly Fees:
9.3.1 Recurring fees for ongoing services (e.g., monthly or yearly subscriptions) are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
9.4 Timeline for Refunds:
9.4.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request being approved by AWN Solutions. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
9.5 Exceptional Circumstances:
9.5.1 AWN Solutions may consider exceptions to these refund and cancellation policies on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as legal obligations or force majeure events. Clients are encouraged to contact AWN Solutions directly to discuss any such circumstances.
9.6 Service Level Agreement (SLA):
9.6.1 Any specific terms related to refunds and cancellations for individual projects will be outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed between AWN Solutions and the client. The SLA will detail the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and any relevant policies specific to the project.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
10.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The Netherlands to resolve any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
